Russian ice cream is famous for its excellent taste due to natural ingredients, so many tourists who have tried our ice cream would remember this bright taste forever!
Every year, Russian ice cream producers are developing new markets. The bulk of exports still fall to the CIS region (about 70% in 2016), but its share is declining due to developing of new markets. The list of regular customers includes South Korea and Chile, Germany and Israel, the USA and Poland. In 2017 Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland began to purchase ice cream from Russia.
Last year, ice cream exports grew in value terms by 21.5% - up to $ 38 million, and by weight - by 30% (up to 17214 tons). Korea and Germany increased their purchases dozens of times, China - about five times.
